How to clean old coins?

Have you ever found any old coins? They all look very dark, have stains and dirt on them. In fact, they have patina. If you wish to make them look new, keep reading.

All you need could be found in your kithen.

Tools: old toothbrush, small bowl, old towel

Ingredients: Baking soda, salt, apple cider vinegar

Mix all the ingredients, about 1 teaspoon of each, and add water. Dip the coin in the warm, soapy solution and continue rubbing away loose dirt with your old, toothbrush to brush away any hardened dirt/ stains. Rinse the coins out thoroughly under running water. Air dry or pat dry with a soft towel. Be mindful that this process will remove any patina, which sometimes is a desired look.
